The J31 series closed single point press is a traditional product produced by our company (formerly Shanghai Second Forging Machine Tool Factory). The product is stable and durable, with characteristics such as a large capacity for generating points and a large mold space. Easy to operate and maintain, suitable for processes such as punching, cutting, bending, stretching, correction, and cold stamping, with functions such as deep drawing, strong punching, and extrusion.
Performance characteristics:
1. The body is made of castings or steel plate structure, with a linear design, uniform force distribution, good rigidity of the whole machine, and beautiful appearance; Low temperature tempering is used to relieve stress.
2. The crankshaft is horizontally arranged, and the transmission system is placed on both sides of the body, with a compact structure, reasonable layout, and smooth transmission.
3. Adopting a rotary key rigid clutch, the performance is reliable and the action is sensitive.
4. Adopting four sided guide rails for high precision operation, effectively extending the service life of the mold.
5. Belt brake, with a collapsing safety block inside the slider to ensure the safety of the press; The structure is simple and easy to maintain.
6. Above 200T, a pneumatic double balance structure is used to balance the weight of the slider and upper mold, ensuring smooth operation of the press.
7. Adopting a centralized and decentralized lubrication system, it is economical and reliable, ensuring sufficient oil supply for each lubrication part.
8. External support type extra large machine base improves the stability and safety of machine tool installation and operation.

Easy to operate and maintain, suitable for processes such as punching, cutting, bending, stretching, correction, and cold stamping, with functions such as deep drawing, strong punching, and extrusion.
Performance characteristics:
1. The Q235A steel plate welding structure of the body is designed in a straight line, with uniform force distribution, good rigidity of the whole machine, and beautiful appearance; Low temperature tempering is used to relieve stress.
2. The crankshaft is horizontally arranged, and the transmission system is placed on both sides of the body, with a compact structure, reasonable layout, and smooth transmission.
3. Adopting a pneumatic friction clutch, the performance is reliable and the action is sensitive.
4. Adopting eight sided guide rails for stable operation, high precision, and extended service life of the mold.
5. The slider is equipped with a hydraulic overload safety device to ensure the safety of the press.
6. Adopting a pneumatic dual balance structure, balancing the weight of the slider and upper mold, ensuring smooth operation and improving stamping accuracy.
7. The main lubrication system adopts a combination of centralized and fixed-point oil supply methods to ensure sufficient oil supply for each lubrication part.
